HOW TO USE
  • 1
    Preparation work
    Firstly, ensure that the electric fusion welding machine is in good working condition
    Check if the power supply, heating plate, control panel, etc. are functioning properly
    Choose the appropriate die head based on the specifications and models of the welded pipe
  • 2
    Adjust temperature
    Plug in the power socket and press the controller switch button to adjust to the appropriate welding temperature
    The general temperature should be controlled at around 220-230 degrees. Wait for heating to the set temperature
    The heating time depends on the specifications and wall thickness of the pipe. Generally, the hot melt time for D20 * 2.8 S3.2 pipes is 3-5 seconds.

    Inserting pipe fittings
    Insert the pipe fittings that need to be hot-melt into the mold head and observe the hot-melt condition
    When the solder paste comes out, quickly pull it out and connect the two ends.
    After welding is completed, the pipe must be fully cooled before moving. During the cooling period, the next welding can be carried out
